My second tattoo (HIM Heartagram)

My second tattoo, done on the base of my spine.
This was taken about half an hour after it was finished, hence why it's so bumpy and shiny.

Yeah, a warning to anyone considering this as a tattoo placement; the stories are true. It. HURTS. The worst part was the vibrations, while the outline was being done I could feel vibrations running right up my spine and in my skull. Yeah, my friend who was with me was laughing hysterically because apparantly I sounded like a baby being kicked while it was being done. xD

I'll add a photo of what it looks like now....eventually. Jst going down and uploading interesting old pics right now.

As for why I got it; I did love HIM back in the day but I still love the symbol more. The heartagram is the ultimate symbol of love for me, a heart representing the purity and light of love combined with an upside down pentagram, a symbol associated with hate and darkness. The two together show what love is really like; it can be either the darkest emotion possible or it can be pure light.
